Joint/Strategic Ventures

  1. Abart will invest 5-30% of initial capital with 50-80% third party debt
  2. Core investments in most property types: CBD and Suburban Office, On-campus Medical Office, Industrial/Flex, Grocery-anchored Retail

Equity Investment

  1. Private equity fund for core or value-added assets
  2. Target Return for core funds will be 8-12% with target return for value added to be 13-18% upon underwritten performance
  3. Target Holding Period 3-10 years determined by asset competency
